3 Tips for Self-Care

1. 1st thing, STOP what you're doing and give yourself a HUG! *do this everyday* 

Go on.....do try It! Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a BIG SQUEEZE and tell yourself "I love you." 

Now, Inhale and Exhale and let go of whatever is bogging you down- You carry enough on your shoulders. *repeat the inhales/exhales 4 times*

2. Find time, everyday to MOVE your BODY!

Go for a walk, run, bike ride, SUP, kayaking or join in a livestream Kaia class or join us in-person. Moving isn't just to lose weight. It's to keep you strong, fit and feeling good & confident. 

3. Do You! That's right, do what makes you HAPPY! 

We are all going through our own journey and there are so many ways to take care of you....the list can go on forever. But, let's just KISS (keep it simple sister) and give yourself permission to do what is meaningful to you. With this being said....give yourself some Love, Breathe, Move and put that beautiful smile on your face because you never know what the person next to you is going through..... A smile is infectious- so pass it on ❤️
